One address for everything — billing, access, data questions, bug reports and press. Write to [email protected] and a person reads it — there is no ticket system in between.
I paid and didn't get access
This is the one we fix first. The usual cause is a typo in the email address used at checkout: the account exists, but under an address nobody can open. We can move it to the right address as soon as we can confirm the payment is yours.
Email us with all three of these:
- The receipt number from your Stripe receipt — it looks like
1234-5678and sits near the top of the emailed receipt. We ask for it because it is the one detail that is not public: the amount and the date are on our pricing page, so they prove nothing on their own. - The email address you paid with — including the typo, if you spotted one. Send it exactly as it was typed.
- The date of the payment — the day is enough.
Write from the address you want the access on, because we reply to the address the message came from and nowhere else. Before access moves anywhere, we send a confirmation code to the new address and tell the old one what happened.
Email [email protected]Not sure the charge is ours?
On a bank or card statement our charge appears as KISSMYPOST.COM. If that is the line you are looking at, you are in the right place — send us the date and the amount and we will tell you what the charge was for.
Billing, plans and refunds
Cancelling, switching plans, an unexpected charge, a refund — same address: [email protected]. If you can already sign in, your plan, balance and full payment history are on your account page, and cancelling there takes one click. What we charge for is spelled out in the Terms of Service.
Questions about the data
Something in a report looks wrong, or you want to know how a number is built? Send the link to the page you were on and what you expected to see. Reports of numbers that look off are the most useful mail we get.
Privacy and data requests
For access, export or deletion of your personal data, write to [email protected] — details are in the Privacy Policy.
