Terms of Service

Plans. KissMyPost is sold as monthly subscriptions — Starter, Pro and Max — billed through Stripe. Current prices and the monthly kisses included in each plan are shown on the pricing page, which is the source of truth for both.

Kisses. Kisses are internal credits you spend on actions inside the product. They are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Monthly kisses. Every paid month adds your plan's full monthly amount. Monthly kisses do not carry over — whatever is left at the end of a month is not added to the next one.

Purchased kisses. Top-ups are one-time purchases, priced at the rate of the plan you are on at the moment of purchase. Purchased kisses do not expire, but they can only be spent while you have an active paid subscription. Without one they stay on your account, unavailable, until you subscribe again. Top-ups require an active plan.

Unlocks. Some actions unlock an object — for example the full analytics of one subreddit — for a fixed window, currently 30 days. The exact window is shown next to every such action on the pricing page. Inside it you can return to the object as often as you like at no further cost; once it ends, unlocking the same object again costs kisses again.

Trial. Any plan can be started with a $1 trial for one day. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription at the plan's full price. One trial per account.

Promo codes. Promotional codes are personal and single-use, and are valid only for the plan and period stated when the code is issued.

Changing plans. An upgrade takes effect immediately and starts a new monthly cycle that day: you are charged the new plan's full price minus a credit for the unused part of the current one, and you receive the new plan's full monthly kisses right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; from the next period you receive the smaller plan's monthly kisses.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, your access continues for 3 days while the card is retried, except that no new monthly kisses are granted. After that, access is paused until the payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted while access is paused, and it is restored as soon as the payment goes through.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, in one click in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than cutting your access short: the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, monthly kisses expire and purchased kisses remain on your account, unavailable until you subscribe again.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will look at it — refunds beyond that are granted at our discretion.

Deleting your account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is canceled right away, the current period is not refunded, and your kisses balance and unlocks are lost. Your data is removed from the product; we keep a closed internal record for accounting and fraud prevention. You are free to sign up again later with the same email — that starts a new, empty account.

Price changes. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next billing period.
