1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KissMyPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

KissMyPost provides Reddit analytics tools including historical search, subreddit analysis, posting-time optimization, topic exploration, audience maps and new-post monitoring. We analyze publicly available Reddit data to generate insights.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity per account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spamming or violating Reddit's terms of service
• Scrape or systematically download data from our platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our analytics algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, Reddit analytics are based on publicly available data and statistical models. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any metric, score or recommendation. Use insights as guidance, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

KissMyPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing law

The service is operated from the European Union. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by applicable EU and local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
